And I’m not just talking about the goods I acquired in 秋葉原.
New Blog Stuff!!
At least new blog plans.
I’m gonna lay out my plan here on the internet so I don’t forget.

12月だよ
Time to give myself a holiday present.
That’s right, more Japanese knowledge/fun. I’m going to do a project this month that will improve my Japanese as well as my time management skills.
If you wanna know more, or the title wasn’t obvious enough, there’s more after the jump.
I already know I won’t be reading much because I’ll be too busy practicing my speaking with my host mom, dad, and several strangers. And possibly a takoyaki stand owner, but that’s a story for another post.
Still gonna try to shoot for the goal I set for myself at the end of the last round, 4325.18 pages(!!).
That’s a lot of manga reading to and from school.
Wow, it’s been one year since I first opened up Genki and started memorizing vocab lists. I’d like to think I’ve come a long way.
It’s actually been about 8~9 months since I started all the daily listening/reading/SRSing.
To avoid sounding like a language blog parrot, I’ll keep this post short and sweet.
Yet another month has passed.
Another awesome month of crazy Japanese improvement.
I once again reached my goal of doubling my page count from the previous contest and I have to say, I think I could’ve tripled it.
Don’t be fooled by the title. I’ve been using extensive reading in my studies for a while now. But I’d like to try some new things, mostly inspired by another extensive reader I recently came across online, Liana. I really recommend you check out her blog. This post in particular is very useful for Japanese learning extensive readers.
